Camera zooms on a wall Clock. Camera then zoom back from a wrist watch.A Hand is taking the watch , and then a shirt , a pant , socks & shoes. A person is coming out of a house with neatly tucked in , resume in one hand , smile on his face and the wrist watch on his hand. He is Lakshmi Deepak, a BTECH graduate , a job less , came to chennai in search of a job.

Lakshmi Deepak steps out of his house , suddenly a black cat bypasses him . He reenters his home and spends five minutes and drinks a glass full of water over there as he thinks its not a better time to start.

After 5 mins , Deepak throw his head out his house door & looks for any body ( bad signs ) out side. After confirming nothing to worry , he steps out in a hurry , because the last bus to the destination is about to leave in 10 mins.

While his way to bus stop , he pauses at a Vinayaka temple and he prays to god 2 things , first one is let the bus be late for 5 mins and the other is to pass him in the interview which he is about to attend. He reaches the bus stop and a guy reaches him and asks him regarding an address.The person leaves after he got the address.In the back ground , a guy guides his friend , how to ride a motor cycle.

The bus came with a heavy crowd , there is no place even in the foot board to rest.He tries to enter into the bus even though the bus is packed with passengers. The guy in the foot board didn't allow him to enter into the bus.

The bus started moving , Lakshmi Deepak tried to get into the bus , the guy in the bus ( foot board ) pushes him away from the bus .In an anger , Lakshmi Deepak pulls him from the bus and starts beating him because he missed the last bus to his Interview venue. The friends of the guy , who is in the foot board jumps out of the bus , to help their friend from being beaten.

They all get together started beating Lakshmi Deepak , though he is innocent. After the intervention of the public , they leave Lakshmi Deepak half damaged . Lakshmi Deepak with crushed clothes started walking to the railway station , which is near by the bus stop with heart full of sorrow and depressed heart.

While his way to rail way station , he witness one guy who passes him talking to the other guy about the On Site opportunity had in his office. After passing them , he witness another guy passing him talking about a movie review in phone . In the back ground , some guys were playing cricket , enjoying themselves.One guy in the Fielding team , missed a catch and every one starts scolding him and started making fun of him.

With sad on his face , Lakshmi Deepak roams around the rail way station and starts weeping and scolding his fate. In the back ground , a guy who is learning motor cycle fells out of the bike. His friend helps him and he starts again riding the motor bike . After a long time , sitting sad in the railway station , with no hope he decides to go to his house.

As he is walking with the head down , he comes across a news paper cutting , he picks the paper and starts reading it. The article is about SELF CONFIDANCE & FAITH.After reading the whole article , he cleans his tearing eyes and he starts walking to the bus stop with CONFIDANCE , because he knew the essence of CONFIDANCE in LIFE .

As he walking towards the bus stop , he sees the guy who is learning motor cycle starts riding on his own , smiles aroused in the face of his friend , who is riding the motor cycle on his own. And he sees the one who missed a catch earlier catched a difficult catch.Every body in the team , started appreciated him.

With FULL CONFIDANCE & FAITH , he went to the bus stop , waiting for a bus to attend another interview. And his life went on .....

I wear Indian Shoes and walked into the streets of INDIA , and I found a new world around me ...

WEAR INDIAN SHOES

This is a story about an Young , Energetic boy who committed suicide , left a suicide note with a message to INDIA arguing , " DONT WEAR INDIAN SHOES ".

An Invisible voice saying like this " My Dear Brothers and Sisters of INDIA. As Earth Stands Solitude in this Universe ,I stand Solitude in this Earth….. DONT WEAR INDIAN SHOES ". These words were the last words of my friend PRANAV from his suicide note says SIDHARTH.

PRANAV is a typical guy with patriotism is his respiration , helping is his habit. Everybody blamed PRANAV for his foolish decision he made , killing himself , but SIDHARTH started exploring the reason why his best buddy being his roommate , Gem of his age , committed suicide , even though DEATH is a guaranteed gift to him.

SIDHARTH tried to recollect the days where he spends most of the time with PRANAV. when ever boys of their age got leisure time in their hostel rooms, they used to chit chat, discuss gossips, which movie star is having affairs with whom , these kinds of unnecessary stuff.

But when PRANAV turn comes , PRANAV always speaks about poverty , secularism , politics and shares his thoughts on things we have to do to make India develop, these kind of social issues. Friends laugh at him for his philosophy , they used to comment him as a 60 year old guy. Every time SIDHARTH only gives support for PRANAV intentions.

PRANAV in his room always reads books of revolutionary personalities, Economics and books related to Meditation. No movie posters , no sports stars , no porn stars. There once happened an Incident , on a Republic Day celebrations , a politician came to the PRANAV’s college.

The politician started his presentation like this “ In India , funds from the Government is not reaching the common people. The real taste of Independence we can have for India is that , when there should be no one who is titled as a poor guy ”. The politician says that, every student of India should come forward , participate in politics , help as many people as they can and make our country a poor less nation.

Every body In the crowd , applauded the politician but PRANAV , left the auditorium crying. SIDHARTH happened to see that PRANAV left the auditorium. SIDHARTH asked PRANAV for his strange behavior , PRANAV busted at SIDHARTH and said “ Every one in this country are self fish , the idiot who just gave us a beautiful presentation about povery in India had a 500 crore property , he is a corrupted dog. I am seeing him know itself after the elections done ”.

PRANAV always feels that every body shows pity on the nation but no comes forward to make a solution. This incident made SIDHARTH eyes opened. SIDHARTH asked PRANAV that what he finds wrong in the current society.

PRANAV says that everybody is thinking at their positions , sophisticated houses , luxury cars and all. He urges that step into the roads of India , you came to know what the real INDIA is. Change starts in SIDHARTH , he went along with PRANAV to witness the dark side of INDIA.

When ever we saw an TV channel statement that 100 people killed in Terrorist attack , we feel pity for the 2 minutes and forgot the thing in our daily routine. We don’t take it to our heart. Nobody knows the value of a life , until its lost. SIDHARTH remembers the days spent with PRANAV . Now only SIDHARTH understand the intensions of PRANAV.

SIDHARTH had a thought in mind that SIDHARTH want to witness the real India , he stepped into the roads of INDIA . on witnessing the roads of INDIA , SIDHARTH literally half dead. For his shock the world which he had seen these days is completely different.

SIDHARTH witnessed the pollution devil which spreads over the lives of roaders , witnessed born babies on the dust bins by the sides of the roads ,witnessed children of school going age begging across the streets and traffic signals , witnessed drunken people laying on the roads with dust on their bodies as a cover sheet , witnessed people fighting with the kerosene shop owner for giving them low quality kerosene.

SIDHARTH witnessed people who are promoting pollution control with banners on their hands and he witnessed policeman taking bribed from a lorry driver who came on the wrong side and witnessed some people opposing the Government for increased the rates of daily commodities. For this a politician came in a Benz car to show his opposition ( how pity ).He witness boys of his age Eve teasing girls pass by.

A question raised in the mind of SIDHARTH, even though these were the daily routine in INDIA , why don’t we take it to HEART. PRANAV says in the suicide note that he came to know that SUPREMACY of person on the peer and many of us doesn’t mind others as if they are not from the same planet are the major causes for the destruction of INDIA.

PRANAV questioned the people of INDIA that , what differs the people here ? what made people hate each other ? what made people kill people ? Then PRANAV got a clear idea for all the above problems.

PRANAV says that people should be of 2 kinds. One who took a revolutionary step towards the bad happening in INDIA and the other people who do not have energy to oppose should DIE. PRANAV says that these 2 categories of people will have SIGNIFICANCE in LIFE as well as in DEATH.

Those who take these situations as not their cup of tea or when ever their turn to suffer comes then only they are wiliing to act . Frankly speaking these people are burden to the Mother EARTH.

PRANAV recollects what Vivekananda message to youth. Our INDIA is like a BIG Ship travelling on LIFE Ocean. We the people of INDIA are passengers. The journey was smooth but now the position is not the same. Selfish politicians , corrupted Employees , terrorist attacks made holes to the ship. Now the ship is going to sink. We people of INDIA ,should do what ever it takes to stop the water from the hole enter into the ship. Even we don’t think twice , if we need to cut our FLESH to stop the water coming in. If not DIE yourself by throwing yourself into the Ocean. Don’t be in the ship , if you are do NOTHING

PRANAV says that he is an HELPLESS warrior to save the INDIA from sinking in the mere future. For this he sacrificed himself. He know that he is not a COWARD like other people who don’t think beyond the circle and who are not ready to take risks for their Country. PRANAV knows that he is suffering from Chronic Blood Cancer and he is counting his days , in a month or two , he is going to face the death, but he told that he won’t be like an extra crap living on EARTH . The reason why he came to this decision is all about that he WORE INDIAN SHOES. PRANAV’s conclusion in his suicide note is that “ DON’T WARE INDIAN SHOES and DON’T SEE INDIA AS A TRUE INDIAN , as he see ”. this is all about ending my LIFE for a new BEGINNING.

After reading this SIDHARTH came to the conclusion that LIFE is more valuable than PATRIOTISM and SACRIFISE. He feel pity of PRANAV that he fail in choosing FACING FACTS is more easier than losing ones LIFE. SIDHARTH says that , he is gonna lead a new life from now. He said that he won’t be live like a COWARD nor DIE like a COWARD , he took a decision to made the change happen in the country starts from his family and to the society. SIDHARTH declares that being an INDIAN “ WEAR INDIAN SHOES and educate the people of INDIA surround you how to face the consequences ”

THE LADIES DIARY

The Ladies Diary focuses about the SUFFERINGS of ladies in the society.

Ladies Diary is a book presented by a mother to this 20 year old son about her Experience and the experience of the lady victims suffered by the society.After reading this book , his son realizes his own mistakes which he has done .

THEME:

This is a story about a well educated widow who is a writer and her teenage son and a book presented on his Birthday titled “ THE LADIES DIARY ”.

Story:

The day is the birthday of NIschal , who is the son of kamala ,a widow ,writer by profession. Nishchal is heading towards his mother’s house for getting blessings from his mother on his birthday.

He started his journey to his mother’s house , on his bike , in the journey . a School boy asks him to lift him to his School as he is late to the classes. Being a teenage guy , instead of helping the needy , Nishchal shows no interest in helping him, even the deserted School boy too.

Nishchal didn’t stopped the bike , while on his ride , he said the boy that “ he got some urgent work and some one who is coming back will help him ”.

After passing the School boy , there comes a traffic signal. Nishchal observes a drunken guy badly injured laid near a dust bin. Nishchal didn’t show pity on that injured guy too , he is going on his way.

After moving some distance from the signal , his motor bike slips the road and he fells down from his bike. His eyes are searching for the helping hands , but no hands stretched ready for him.

There 2 persons coming on the same bike , on the same way sees Nishchal and one of them show pity on Nishchal and try to stop their bike but the other guy insists him saying that “ we got some urgent work and some one who is coming back will help him ”.

This incident made Nishchal realize how foolish he is.He didn’t even help a school boy. The School boy , who asked for lift on his bike nearers him and try to help him and the boy gives his water bottle to Nishchal to clean his wounds he got.

With heart full of confession , he says sorry to the school boy . Nishchal takes the boy and drops him to his destination and returns to the traffic signal where earlier he noticed a drunken guy badly hurt. Nishchal heads towards the dust bin where the drunken guy is.

Nishchal tries to help him , but the crowd near by suggests Nishchal that don’t help a drunken guy , he needs to be punished for his acts. Nishchal says like this “ God gave us two hands , one for helping ourselves and the other for helping others , even sinners too ”.

Even though he is a drunken guy , Nishchal with his changed Attitude helps the drunken and take him to the nearest hospital.with completely changed Attitude, Nishchal meets his mother. Nishchal is very happy today not being his birthday but he helped a guy who is in desperate need.

Nishchal’s mother asks him about his injuries and the cause for his happiness. Nishchal tells the whole story. Nishchal is waiting for the birthday gift , his mother gave him a book as a present on his birthday. The book titled “ THE LADIES DIARY ”.

Nishchal happily opens the book and gets shock on seeing the dedication page. Nishchal with a blocked mind asks his mother , why she dedicated this book to him.

Kamala says that Nishchal is a grown boy and he needs to know about some facts and some truths about the society.kamala leaves Nishchal alone. Nischal sits on a bench nearby.

On flipping each paper in that book , tears rolling from his eyes. kamala in her book describes the life cycle of a lady right away from Birth to Death. Kamala’ s voice over summarizes the book.

Kamala questions the dominating Gents in the society through her book about the inequality why they had on LADIES. Kamala explains how girls are suffering in Schools and colleges by their co-students, lecturers and other gents.

Nishchal visualizes the situations that kamala mentioned in the book. Some of the situations told by kamala pinches Nishchal heart deeply because he is the guy who did that nasty things. Nishchal is reading the book with eyes turned red.

While reading the book , virtually Nishchal asks her mother that why she is pointing for everything to gents and there is no mistake in LADIES at all. Kamala replies to this question in the book that she agrees that 30% of ladies are the root cause for the inequality of LADIES in the SOCIETY.

Kamala adds that she doesn’t support nor care about those 30% LADIES , she is supporting and arguing for the 70% of LADIES. Kamala explains how the working women are being harassed by their coworkers.

Kamala leaves a page which is written by her own hand. Till this kamala’s Voice over will be backgrounded but as and when Nischal reads the page , no background will be heared. Nischal stands on his feet , tears rolling his eyes like anything else and he rushes to his Mother’s room . When he enters the room , his Mother enters into the rest room. He cries loud with no voice coming out his voice.

Kamala comes out of the room , Nischal wiped his tears and slowly move towards his mother.He fell into his mother’s feet and starts crying loud . Kamala also starts crying. Then the Voice over comes in the back ground , kamala says like this .. “ I was raped by my colleague in a party , who drugged me , that time you are 5 year old . I didn’t leave my hope till date. Because you are my reason to face and succeed the world ”.
